The board will convene as a whole at 5:30 pm on the walkway bridge leading to Oriole Park for the purpose of touring Phase I construction and a listening session regarding Phase II construction of Oriole Park. Both tour and meeting may be moved to the high school library if weather does not permit an outside meeting. A quorum may be present during both tour and meeting. No action items will be acted upon during this time period. The public is welcome to attend.
